Oregon

Portland, Jubitz Travel Center, I5 exit 307

Rating... Good.

We stopped here for dinner on Jan 12, 2006 at 4:00 pm.

When we arrived we were seated right away. We sat for some time before the wait staff noticed we were there. Vicky, our server, brought our menus and took our drink orders. The selection was good, but, on the expensive side. She came back with our drinks, and took our food orders. Leah ordered the Red Snapper, with a bowl of Pea soup. I ordered the Spaghetti, with a side salad.

We waited for quite some time before our food was ready; I suspect they had to go fishing. Leah’s Red Snapper was good, but, I had a problem with my Spaghetti, it was bland.

The restaurant was very neat and clean, having been recently remodeled.

The bill for the two of was $22.43.

Baker City, Baker Truck Corral. I84 exit 304

We stopped here for breakfast, Jan. 13, 2006 at 5:45 am.

There were only two other customers in the restaurant when we arrived. Our server brought over our menus right away, Leah asked for hot tea, I just had water. When she brought back our beverages, Leah ordered Ham and Eggs, I ordered sausage and Eggs, and both came with hash browns and toast.

Our dinning experience was pleasant, until on of those "Loud Mouth" types sat in the table next to us. You know the type, full of idiotic remarks and the need to talk in such a high voice that no one else in the building misses a thing he has to say.

The bill for the two of was $11.97

No further entries for Oregon.
