Sweet Springs. Betty's Truck Stop. I70 Exit 74

Rating...Good.

We stopped here for Lunch on Jan 5, 2006 at 1:15, MST. We were reluctant when we discovered that we were the only customers in the dinning area. Our server supplied our menus and took our beverage orders. When our server returned with our drinks, Leah ordered the Fish Plate, with side salad. I ordered a BLT and a bowl of chili, with a side of French fries. The chili is made from scratch, on site.

The menu didn't have a huge selection, but the prices were inexpensive compared to other Truck Stops. The highest priced item on the menu was the T-bone steak for $9.50, most of the other entrees and sandwich plates were priced from $2.95 to $6.95.

Our bill for the two of us came to $14.95.
